At BEACHBUM®, we want you to be fully satisfied with your high-performance sports gear. If your purchase doesn't meet your expectations, you can return or exchange any unused items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the gear is in its original, unworn condition.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it firmly to the outside of your package, covering any previous shipping marks.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand over your package to the designated courier service and keep your tracking receipt; your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
